  6. Note: I used my own lemon and cracked pepper salt and sweet chilli sauce..

Sprinkle the starch over the tofu, and toss the tofu until the starch is evenly coated, so there are no powdery spots remaining. Tip the bowl of tofu over onto your prepared baking sheet and arrange the tofu in an even layer. Seasoned with nutritional yeast, pepper, and garlic powder, these slices of tofu are pan-fried to golden perfection. I use some leftover tofu seasoning with some spices and and breadcrumbs, roasted until golden crisp. Serve with sweet plum sauce to enhance the flavour!
