- In a deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil and fry the kafta patties until they turn brown on both sides..
- Serve hot along with fried potatoes and a salad..
The mixture is flavored with cumin, paprika, minced onion, coriander, and parsley and formed into skewers. The cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and mint leaves are optional but highly recommended.
